The aprtment is close to the river rhine, to the historical cathedral abd to the central railwaystation.
From the two terrasses you have a wonderful view on the mountains of Taunus and the Christuschurch.
It is a good place to visit the famous Rhinevally, the wine villages of Rheingau and Rheinhessen, the famous Mainz carnival, its markets and squares and historical center with the cathedral.

Wir haben uns in dieser Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir wurden ganz herzlich von der Gastfrau empfangen. Die Wohnung war gross, hell und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es war ganz nah an der Altstadt.

We stayed here over the Thanksgiving Holiday 2025 to visit the Gutenberg museum. The apartment is wonderful! It is a large unit on the top floor with beautiful views out the big windows. It is only about four blocks from the Mainz main train station and within easy walking distance to the museum(s) ...
