COSTERA TERRAZA is a bright two-bedroom duplex located in the heart of Villajoyosa’s Old Town, just 40 metres from Playa Centro and directly opposite HappyVila reception. The apartment is located on the third floor with no lift and, once inside the property, is arranged over two levels connected by an internal staircase. On the lower floor you will find the two bedrooms. The main bedroom is spacious and features a double bed, sofa, television and private bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has bunk beds and also benefits from its own private bathroom with shower.
They enjoy plenty of natural light and, when looking out from the side, you can also enjoy sea views.
On the upper floor there is an open-plan area with a fully equipped kitchen and dining space, with direct access to a spectacular private terrace. The apartment is tastefully decorated, practical and very bright, with a comfortable layout for families, couples or small groups. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, juicer and kitchenware.
