A spacious holiday home villa in a dreamlike location with breathtaking views of Lake Geneva.
The detached holiday home is surrounded by a well-maintained garden area of approximately 1,400 m² and features two beautifully situated outdoor terrace areas. On the lake side, the approximately 50 m² terrace offers sweeping views of Lake Geneva. The additional terrace, approximately 25 m² in size, provides an extra lounge area and dining space facing west. The terraces are equipped with patio furniture, lounge chairs, several umbrellas, and a portable grill.
The lawns are perfect for children to play on and offer shaded areas thanks to the surrounding trees.
Inside, the holiday villa features approximately 170 m² of living space spread across two levels. There are five bedrooms with a total of 10 sleeping accommodation.
On the ground floor, a spacious entryway opens up, featuring a coat closet and a separate storage room (used as a ski storage room in winter).
This leads into an open-concept living and dining area with a fireplace and an extendable solid-wood dining table that seats up to 12 people. From the living room, which features a couch, TV, and reading nook, there is a magnificent view of the lake and the opposite lakeshore with the Lausanne city skyline.
The kitchen area is also generously sized. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances and equipment needed for cooking. It features a dishwasher, induction stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator (with freezer compartment), coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and tableware for up to 12 people.
On the ground floor, there is also 1 bedroom with a double bed overlooking the lake, 1 bathroom with a shower, a whirlpool tub, and a sink, 1 additional bedroom with a bunk bed furnished for children or teenagers, and a separate bathroom.
On the upper floor, the house features three additional bedrooms, a loft, and another bathroom with a shower and toilet.
All bedrooms on the upper floor have a balcony. Two bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed, and one bedroom has two single beds that can be pushed together if needed.
The loft area features an additional couch and a lounge area.
The house offers free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and satellite TV.
Outside, there is parking space for up to 3 vehicles.
The house is located in the municipality of Lugrin, very close to the town centre of Evian (about a 3-minute drive). The public beach in Lugrin is within walking distance (about a 10-minute walk). A shopping centre, bakery, and butcher shop are just a few hundred metres away.
There are numerous opportunities for day trips to Evian, Geneva, Lausanne, Montreux, and many other destinations. The world-famous town of Evian, with its beautiful lakeside promenade, famous Evian water, pedestrian zone, weekly market, and numerous picturesque cafés and restaurants, is right next door.
The mountainous region, offering wonderful hiking opportunities, begins right outside the house.
The nearest ski resort in Thollon is only a 10- to 15-minute drive away. Other ski resorts are located in Bernex, Switzerland, and as far as Chamonix, all within approximately 30 to 60 minutes’ drive.

Wir hatten eine superschöne Ferienwoche in diesem tollen Haus. Toller Blick über den Genfer See, sehr gute Ausstattung des Hauses, sehr gute Ausflugs- und Bademöglickeiten. Alles top. Fliegen gitter in den Schlafzimmern wären als kleine Anregung auf jeden Fall ratsam, da uns die Quälgeister leider jede Nacht besucht haben.Ansonsten gerne mal wieder.

Nous avons séjourné dans une très belle maison, confortable et bien tenue, agréable, et très bien placée pour se promener dans la région autour du Leman ou dans la Vallée de la Morzine. La communication avec Ulrich a été très fluide et courtoise et l'accueil de Mr et MMe Guy très chaleureux. Nous recommandons fortement un séjour à cette adresse.
