On the first floor, you will find a fully equipped bathroom with a shower, double washbasin, toilet, and bidet, as well as two double bedrooms with access to a balcony.
The approximately 320 m² garden is divided into two levels: a lawn area and a large terrace with a private 7 x 4 m swimming pool and an outdoor shower. The entire property is fully enclosed and offers both sunny and shaded areas throughout the day.
The house also includes a portable barbecue and outdoor furniture, perfect for sunbathing, relaxing, or enjoying meals on the porch.
An ideal home for a family holiday.
Bed linen and towels are not included.
Bed linen: €15 per person
Towels: €10 per person
Final cleaning: €140 (mandatory, payable in cash upon arrival)
Tourist tax: €1.00 per person per day (for guests over 16 years old)
All extras must be paid upon arrival.
Security deposit: €500 (credit card pre-authorisation).

Wir hatten 2 wunderschöne Wochen in diesem Haus. Es ist stilvoll eingerichtet und sehr umfangreich mit Geschirr, Töpfen etc. Aber auch viele Sitzgelegenheiten drinnen und draußen.Einzig die Mücken haben etwas genervt, aber dafür kann der Besitzer ja nichts ;-)Die Außenanlage mit Pool, Loungeecke, Grill und Terrasse ließ auch keine Wünsche offen.Sehr empfehlenswert!
