The house is cozy and equipped with every comfort, from air conditioning to the two large verandas, ideal for relaxing. It is located about 600 meters from the sea, near the coast of Inspector "Montalbano", the tourist port of Marina di Ragusa and the sailing club of Caucana.
It is composed of: living room with kitchenette , bedroom, bedroom with bunk beds , bathroom , front porch with wooden shed and back porch with laundry room and two bathrooms . There are two bathrooms , one inside and one outside, both with shower . And ' this air conditioner , refrigerator , oven , washing machine, garden furniture.
You will find some bikes to get around freedom ( 5 minutes from the center of Marina di Ragusa and the house of Montalbano ) , crockery , linen and a welcome basket with oil, water , pasta, sugar and salt.
Suitable for families, within walking distance of about 400 meters . from the house ( especially in summer ) , you will find everything you need: pharmacy, grocery store fruits and vegetables , Bakery, Bar , Restaurants / Pizza / Caterers , Butchers , Fish , Tobacco , Newsstand , Movie in the summer, to the Church ' open (only weekends and holidays in the summer) .. Etcc bus stop to all destinations nearby ( Ibla , Modica , Scicli, Comiso ( airport 20 km. ) and Marina di Ragusa) . Every Wednesday morning , a large weekly market ( period end of June / mid September).

abbiamo trascorso 13gg favoli in questa terra meravigliosa che è la Sicilia! Giorgio è una persona veramente squisita che ci ha anche mostrato uno scorcio di Sicilia “vera” che non finiremo mai di ringraziare!!!

Lovely welcome and a well apponted small villa quiet and 2 mins drive from a really nice beach .. ponto secco 3 km away ..good restaurants and cafes we would recommend to any couples

Abbiamo passato un soggiorno a dir poco incantevole.
La villetta è provvista di tutto il necessario (aria condizionata, cucina super attrezzata, tv, bicicletta etc etc...non manca NULLA) ed ha anche un ampio spazio all'aperto dove poter fare colazione e/o cenare in completo relax.
Il Sig. Giorgio (che saluto caramente) è stato veramente gentile e disponibile.
