A corner relaxation with a piano loosens the 3 rooms (2 beds queen size 160X200, 2 single beds 80X200) 2 Bathrooms including one with a bath and 2 toilets

The household linen "hotel quality" is provided

- AUTONOMOUS ENTRY to facilitate your arrival, a secure key box is at your disposal to welcome you from 16h.

You have access to the entirety of the accommodation

## Guest interaction

You will receive instructions and codes a few days before your arrival

I remain at your disposal for any further information to help you make the most of your stay

## Other things to note

The house is equipped with a closed fireplace. Its use is not allowed for insurance reasons.

Unfortunately the apartment is not accessible for people with reduced mobility.

Our 4-legged friends are not allowed for allergy and good neighbor issues.

Please respect the property as if it were your own

Please do not leave the air conditioners running when you are away.

The house is completely non-smoking (cigarettes, CBD...), ashtrays are available on the terrace.

Parties are not allowed.

## The neighborhood

In a quiet neighborhood, this dead end street is used only by residents.
Inspirantly Homespots has free parking for cars and small trucks.
