The apartment is on the ground floor and has a terrace surrounded by a small garden and a parking space on the property. It consists of a large bedroom/living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom. It has been recently renovated. It is equipped for 4 people with a double bed and two single sofa beds. The terrace is private, fenced, and equipped with a table and chairs.
The apartment is air-conditioned. Washing machine available.

Gardanne is an ideal place to live in the region, either professionally or for leisure. Marseille and Aix are easily accessible by car, bus or TER.
On vacation, you have the beaches of Cassis or La Ciotat or Martigues at 30 minutes, Marseille center in 20 minutes, Aix in 15 minutes, the Sainte-Beaume in 25 minutes
Gardanne is a small town with all the essential shops in the city center, and several supermarkets.
The town also has a water park open in summer, a city park and is the starting point for many walks.

Très bon accueil. Logement très bien avec une belle vue environnementale sur Gardanne et la montagne ste Victoire. Seul point noir, c'est de ma faute car je n'ai pas respecté la procédure de départ : je suis parti sans le tour du propriétaire. Je m'en excuse. Très bon séjour cependant.

Nous avons aimé l'âme de cette maison ancienne, le confort et la proximité du centre de Gardanne. L'adresse est joignable au besoin de la gare en bus. Emmanuel est accueillant et a répondu à nos demandes.
