We fell in love with this independent apartment of 45m² refurbished and fully equipped offering a totally unobstructed sea view and a garden of about 30m².
This apartment will offer you pleasant moments whether for a family holiday or for short stays or nights for work.
Wifi is available free of charge throughout the apartment and outside.
* a living room dining area with sea view, a connected TV and a real new 2-seater sofa bed.
* The kitchen, fully equipped, with fridge freezer, fan oven, coffee maker, kettle, juicer, microwave and dishwasher as well as many equipment and utensils.
* The spacious bathroom has a bathtub with the possibility of taking a shower or bath according to your desires as well as a washing machine and a toilet
* The room is equipped with new bedding in 140 cm wide for 2 people and plenty of storage space
* an office area with storage and supplies (sheets, coloured pencils, markers, etc.) which can also be used as a sleeping area for baby.
We leave a travel cot available according to your needs.
The apartment has air conditioning and heating, plenty of storage space and we leave at your disposal board games and books for moments of sharing.
The apartment is completely renovated, the bedding and appliances are new and of quality to ensure comfort, calm and a pleasant stay.
Finally, we will be pleased to offer you a welcome kit as well as bed and bath linen free of charge.

Nice airport is 43 km away and the A8 motorway is 20 km from this wonderful Provençal village with its post office, a café-bar-restaurant, a food supermarket-tobacconist-press-bread depot and its olive oil mill and shop.
Ideally located in the heart of the village, many free parking spaces are available and 2 minutes walk away, a very large meadow and petanque courts will allow you to enjoy a beautiful leisure area.
For your stay, you will find the beaches 20 km away and the first ski resort 45 km from the village.

Hébergement conforme à sa description juste un petit bémol car effectivement toutes les places de stationnement sont gratuites mais pour autant rarement à proximité du gîte il faut donc apprécier la marche.

Vacances de Noël en famille Logement confortable et bien chauffé pour l'hiver. Une vue magnifique. Pas de parking mais on trouve des places sur les parkings municipaux à proximité (en décembre)Literie confortable et petit espace extérieur
