DOMAINE PEULVEN – the big house
A barn turned into an 80 m² living room, a 5-metre table, 5 double bedrooms and the big cousins' or friends' room: the big house at Domaine Peulven sleeps up to 22. Peaceful countryside, yet everything within walking distance: Toul an Héry beach 15 min away, the Super U supermarket, shops and Sunday market 7 min away. Pétanque, table tennis, table football, arcade games; master suite, ground-floor bedroom, 4 bathrooms, 5 toilets. On arrival, beds are made and rooms arranged for your group.
THE HOUSE
The Agapit house is the big house of Domaine Peulven, a Breton stone house in the quiet countryside, a quarter of an hour's walk from the sea and seven minutes from the shops, designed so that a family or a group of up to 22 can live together without getting in each other's way.
The heart of the house is the former barn: an 80 m² living room with its 5-metre solid wood table (seats 30) and a kitchen very well equipped for a large group, with a small table for 6 for late breakfasts, extended by a back kitchen — several people can cook at once without getting in each other's way. This is where the big meals, birthdays and long evenings happen.
A separate TV lounge with arcade games, for teens and grown-ups alike; its sofa bed sleeps the last two guests.
Sleeping: 5 double bedrooms, including a master suite with a 180 cm bed and private bathroom, and a ground-floor bedroom with bathroom and toilet on the same level as the kitchen — popular with grandparents. At the very top, the big cousins' or friends' room: single beds and an adjoining games room, away from the double bedrooms — for teenagers on holiday, friends on a weekend away or a team on a retreat.
In total: 6 bedrooms, 14 beds, 4 bathrooms, 5 toilets. Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace for remote workers.
Games: pétanque court, table tennis, table football, arcade games, and the games room on the top floor. Enough for a tournament every day.
Outside: the courtyard, the terrace and its large garden table for family lunches, the pétanque court for the afternoons. On-site parking.

The whole house is yours: the large living room in the barn, the kitchen and back kitchen, the TV lounge and its arcade games, all the bedrooms, including the big room and the games room on the top floor, the courtyard, the pétanque court, the terrace and its large garden table. Self check-in with a secure key box.
GOOD TO KNOW
22 guests maximum, including the lounge sofa bed. No visitors beyond the guests listed on the booking; for a large event (wedding, big reception), please ask us. Celebrations among yourselves (birthday, cousins' reunion, family meal) are welcome. Before each stay, we set up the house for your group: beds made according to your room plan, the big table laid if you are celebrating. One bedroom, its bathroom, its toilet and the kitchen are on the same level; however, the house is not adapted for people with reduced mobility — write to us if accessibility matters to you. Quiet, in Plestin-les-Grèves, and everything is within walking distance: Super U, bakery, shops and Sunday-morning market 7 min away; Toul an Héry beach (Fond de la Baie beach), facing Locquirec, on the coastal path (GR34), 15 min away. 5 min by car, the large Saint-Efflam beach. Locquirec and its harbour 10 min away, the Pink Granite Coast and the Bay of Morlaix less than 40 min away.

Dans le cadre d’un we entre amis. Maison avec de belles prestations : équipement ménagers plutôt haut de gammes dans la cuisine, literie confortable, la pièce commune est grande et son plafond cathédrale donne encore plus d’espace, propre à notre arrivée. Nous recommanderons ce logement!
