Newly opened home (April 2011) – Exceptionally located on the port, this beautiful individual house is only a few meters away from the sea.
It has a large peaceful and half-covered sunny terrace which offers a unique open outlook. « Le havre portais » is a luxury holiday house, convenient and comfortable that sleeps up to 5 people in 3 bedrooms.
It is the perfect place for children and grown-ups, en famille or among friends, wanting to breathe in the sea air.
From the house, you'll had a ringside seat to enjoy the magnificent view of the port, the fishing and sailing boats' traffic and the opposite banks full of shops and restaurants.
A few meters away, the seafront appears on low tide to fishermen's' houses and to the Vauban tower. Last house on Baron Gérard quay before the seafront, "le havre portais” will make you appreciate all year long the “outdoor-indoor” way of life on its south-west-facing terrace under the glass roof or under the awning.

L'emplacement est idéal, avec une vue sur le port et tous les mouvements des bateaux aux heures de hautes mer.Les commerces sont à proximité immédiate et il y a beaucoup de choses à voir et à visiter dans les environs, pour tous les âges !L'accueil d'Astrid est aussi sympathique que efficace.

Great house in an amazing position for people watching and relaxing. The terrace gets the sun until the very end of day. Astrid our host was lovely and very helpful. Had some wonderful food in the port, lots of choice and a lovely mixed vibe. Just a sun parasol was missing. Didn’t want to leave!

The property is clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The view over the harbour was beautiful. More than enough room for the five of us. The check in and check out was very easy.
