Nestled in the freshness of a beautiful Mediterranean garden, the Residence offers an exceptional location with a panorama of the three golden islands of the Levant, Port Cros and Porquerolles and the Fort de Brégançon Residence of the President of the Republic.
Located to the west, a few steps from the Miramar marina, the Bay of Islands has a large sandy beach, Miramar Beach. Access to the beach is direct from a path that starts from the steps of the residence without road to cross.
This residence offers a special way of life with unspoiled nature, free of vehicle traffic with the possibility for children to go from the port to the beach safely. This relaxing beach, very spacious beach with fine sand. You can swim in a guarded space with a lifeguard station in season. It is also equipped with toilets and showers. It will be the playground for children, a starting point for long walks or bike rides and a fabulous swimming area suitable for all or a discovery by the sea of the wild and natural coastline.

Prestations conformes à l’annonce. Un souci d’alèse non nettoyagee avec une belle tache d’urine. La conciergerie n’avait pas d’alese à nous donner en échange. Nous nous sommes occupes du nettoyage. Evier de la salle de bain bouche ainsi que baignoire. Autrement tout etait correct.

Super emplacement. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de Wifi et de climatisation.Et on entend quand-même la ventilation de l'immeuble d'a côté quand la porte fenêtre est ouverte. Dommage également qu'il n'y ait qu'une porte donnant sur le balcon et non une baie vitrée. Sinon plage en face et toutes les animations à proximité à pied.
