Located in a charming hamlet on the sunny shore of Lake Annecy our house is ideal to accommodate 2 families or a group of friends up to 10 people.
Close to the bike path, the landing site of paragliding and golf course, near the lake and numerous hiking trails, 15 minutes from the center of Annecy and 30 minutes from the ski resorts of La Clusaz and great Bornand you can enjoy all year hobbies Annecy lake and its surroundings.
The spacious and cozy house allows everyone to find his intimacy with 4 non adjacent rooms and each equipped with a bathroom. The two living rooms, the large outdoor terrace and the kitchen area are arranged for 8/10 people. In fine weather you will enjoy its large terrace and garden with mountain and forest views.

Das Haus war sehr gemütlich. Toll und außergewöhnlich eingerichtet. Die Nähe zum See, Annency und den Skigebieten ist wichtig und super für Tagestouren geeignet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Natalie war als Ansprechpartner für alle Fragen da! Wir werden wiederkommen!

Wir (6 Pers.) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles so wie beschrieben. Ausreichend Platz und Ausstattung. Vom Garten aus direkter Blick auf den Gleitschim-Startplatz und nur ein paar Minuten vom Landeplatz entfernt. Für uns perfekt.
