Our approximately 100 m² large 4-star apartment extends over the entire floor and has a separate entrance. It has a spacious living area with plenty of natural wood fixtures, a comfortable couch seating area with a 55 flat screen, a large corner seat with dining table and the heated tiled stove. Facilities include free 16-Mbit WiFi, a telephone, a radio / CD, a DVD player, a safe, underfloor heating and firewood for the tiled stove. The open kitchen is fully equipped with oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, teapot, hand blender and much more. The bathroom consists of a spacious corner bath and a barrier-free shower, towel warmer, as well as a toilet, washing machine and a hairdryer. Small and large towels, bath towels, bath rugs are just as much to Inverntar as small toiletries. The 2 bedrooms (double) with king size bed (2x2m) incl. Bed linen, a closet and dresser provide a cozy atmosphere for max. 4 people, a relaxed and restful sleep. On the terrace / balcony are a cozy seating area, a dining table and a pair of sun loungers with umbrellas ready for you to relax. Our apartment is suitable for allergy sufferers. Hello and welcome to your 4-star apartment. The 2015 newly built timber house is located in the nature reserve of the Weißachauen and directly on the beautiful Weißach River. Located on the outskirts and only 10 minutes walk from the center, the two identical apartments offer a variety of recreational activities without having to use the car. So an ideal starting point for hikers, cyclists, cross-country skiers and peace seekers. We are Healthy Land certified host, partner of Bergsteigerdorf Kreuth and offer the Tegernsee Card. Our approx. 100 m² large, furnished with much natural wood apartments / apartments are equipped with underfloor heating and a heated tiled stove and extend over the entire floor. With spacious layout, 2 bedrooms for 4 people, the open kitchen and a nice bathroom with shower and bath equipped, a place to relax. The apartments each have a balcony / terrace, with a dining table and a comfortable seating area, where you will find enough space to relax. On the natural, crystal-clear Weißach River, the Gumpen invite you to take a cooling dip in the water and then you can unwind on our lawn for sunbathing ... Each one of the covered parking spaces is located directly at the house. As a breakfast offer, our partner, the house Göttfried, reachable in 10 minutes on foot a table reservation by appointment. Sehr freundliche Vermieter, eine super schöne Fewo- sehr gepflegt und hochwertig ausgestattet. Die Liegewiese am Bach ist ein Traum. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön- wir kommen gerne wieder.
