In the heart of Modena’s historic centre, in a pedestrian zone and close to the trendiest spots, you’ll find this charming first-floor apartment. Its strategic location allows you to easily explore city centre Modena on foot, while also providing a parking spot just a few steps from your front door. It’s ideal for any purpose: holiday, study, or work. Double-paned windows and air conditioning in every room let you fully enjoy Modena’s nightlife.
The apartment is located in a typical building in the historic centre. Every room is bright, spacious, and cosy, furnished in an original style that blends vintage furniture and objects with more modern pieces. There’s no shortage of books, magazines, and art and photography catalogues. The goal is to make guests feel as though they’re staying at a friend’s house. Convenient parking is available just a few metres from the apartment:
- along the high street in blue-line parking spaces (paid parking Monday through Saturday, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. at a cost of €1.45/hour; free on Sundays);
- in the underground car park (150 m from the house) at an approximate cost of €1.40/hour from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. and €0.50/hour from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. The maximum daily parking fee is €12.

We had an incredible stay at this property. From the moment we booked, communication was excellent-quick, clear, and very helpful.
