Parties are absolutely forbidden during the whole stay. Only 5 minutes by car from Mahon, the capital of the island where you can enjoy its good restaurants, go shopping or stroll along its magnificent seafront promenade. Please report broken things, to avoid problems for us with future guests No security deposit is required; however, you have the option to purchase coverage for potential property damage.
If you choose not to, Airbnb mediation will apply in case of any damage. All hosts of certified legal tourism rentals in the baleares have the duty to collect the tourism tax from the guests for the government (2,2€ per adult/night with reduced rate after 9th night) this tax is not included in the rental price.
Guests are hereby informed that hosts are duly authorized to collect the tourist tax through means external to the platform used to make the reservation.

maison moderne, claire et très proprr, avec une vue fantastique et une grande piscine. L'équipe 3 villas qui gère la location est aux petits soins avec des attentions à l'arrivée. Très réactive. Notre vol retour a ete décalé d'une journée et ils nous ont permis de trouver une solution pour continuer le séjour. Merci Kike
