Kitchen and bathroom basics not provided. We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours.
Parties are absolutely forbidden during the whole stay. Only 5 minutes by car from Mahon, the capital of the island where you can enjoy its good restaurants, go shopping or stroll along its magnificent seafront promenade. Earlier Checkin or later Checkout only possible with explicit permission. One day before arrival guest will receive all information about check in, address, code for the key box to collect the keys and a self check in, and a contact telephone number of the villa manager, who will be the person who will help you with any incident or question you may have during your stay. Please report broken things, to avoid problems for us with future guests No security deposit is required; however, you have the option to purchase coverage for potential property damage.
If you choose not to, Airbnb mediation will apply in case of any damage. All hosts of certified legal tourism rentals in the baleares have the duty to collect the tourism tax from the guests for the government (2,2€ per adult/night with reduced rate after 9th night) this tax is not included in the rental price.
Guests are hereby informed that hosts are duly authorized to collect the tourist tax through means external to the platform used to make the reservation.
This measure complies with current regulations and must be fulfilled upon check-in or as otherwise instructed by the host.

maison moderne, claire et très proprr, avec une vue fantastique et une grande piscine. L'équipe 3 villas qui gère la location est aux petits soins avec des attentions à l'arrivée. Très réactive. Notre vol retour a ete décalé d'une journée et ils nous ont permis de trouver une solution pour continuer le séjour. Merci Kike
