Comfortable and spacious. Airco was a bliss in the hot weather. Loads of things to do in and around the property. Convenient to serve as a base to explore Umbria and Tuscany.
The host was very welcoming and friendly, and easy to approach for tips or if we needed anything.
For the cooks: finally an appartment with knives that actually work!

It’s a lovely space with very friendly people. The pool is great with a breathtaking view. The view off the lake is fantastic. The apartment is specious and has good view on the Trasimeno lake. The owner Jacopo is the best. He has a lot of good ideas of the area and food. The children enjoyed the gaming room with the ping pong etc. We would really love to come here again.
