Die Lage ist super und der Garten wunderschön.Leider liegt das Grundstück an einer ziemlich befahrenen Strasse. Man hört den Verkehr.Das Haus und der Pool sind leider nicht sehr gepflegt. Vorallem an Sauberkeit mangelt es. Offensichtlicher Schmutz wie Spinnennetze oder tote Insekten wurden nicht weg...
