The "Villa Sud" consists of 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, kitchen, living-dining room and has a magnificent infinity pool with views of the hills, it can accommodate up to 14 people.

The property is ideally located on the edge of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, quiet, in the middle of nature, in contact with the wild, beautiful and silent natural green area, 5km from the sea and the village of Plan de la Tour.
You can quickly visit Saint-Tropez and take part in the nightlife activities of this hectic city, visit Port Grimaud and Grimaud, Sainte Maxime or Pampelonne and its beaches.
Further on, the Verdon Gorges and the Lake of Sainte Croix await you for a dizzying journey, or a mini cruise to Porquerolles and Port Cros... you will never have time to see everything, you will have to come back!

- electricity is to be paid in addition to the metre reading at €0.20 per KW/H during the low and mid season periods
- But its main asset lies in the calm in which it bathes! However, this asset, this particularity, this luxury must be appreciated, savoured by tenants and neighbours, and therefore respected! Thus, we urge the noisy inveterate partygoers to go their way or better to party in St Tropez, in Pampelonne or everywhere else and come back to enjoy the regenerating calm at home. We want it to be fully respected. We are so aware that this peace and quiet offered is rare, fragile, and indispensable that it represents a wealth that we want to offer to our guests and that if by mistake or vandalism it is violated we will be determined to defend it by all legal means. The deposit is used to compensate for the damage caused, whether material or auditory. But we prefer not to come to that. Thank you in advance.
- Please note that dogs and cats are accepted because we understand the attachment to your pet. But they can cause visible or invisible damage, or not and for this we ask for 50€ per animal per week. This tax appears in the additional costs, if you indicate when booking that you are coming with your pet

Très bon accueil par Janine, très disponible et à l'écoute. La partie extérieure est top : une vue à couper le souffle, des jeux sont présents (trampoline, table de ping pong). La maison mériterait néanmoins un petit rafraîchissement, mais on oublie vite l'intérieur grâce à l'extérieur.

Le lieu est magnifique, la piscine à débordement avec la vue sur le relief alentour est extraordinaire. Quelques bémols sur les différents équipements de la villa, qui ne sont pas adaptés au nombre de personne qu’elle peut accueillir.
