The renovation of the cottage was carried out in 2024.
Ground floor:
- A large living room with living room, kitchen and a toilet.
1st floor:
- Master bedroom (15m²) a bed 160x200 (adaptable into 2 beds of 80x200) with a view of the river and the garden.
- Secondary bedroom (10m²) with a 160x200 bed with dressing room
- Bathroom with bath, sink and toilet
Outdoors
Under the cottage you will have at your disposal two huge meadows bordered by the river (an old campsite now closed).
The accommodation is independent and has a small terrace in front of the door.
Location & surroundings
Gite la Glycine: This house is located below Prades, a pretty little medieval village in the centre of the Gorges du Tarn, in one of the few really quiet places in the Gorges du Tarn in high season.
A true haven of peace, the place is perfect for nature lovers, children with overflowing energy and pet owners.

Ein wunderschön renoviertes typisches Haus in den Cevennen, mit einem sehr hübschen Sitzplatz draußen vor der Haustür unter einer hängenden Glyzinie. Es duftet nach Feigen, auf dem Gelände gibt es einen Kirschbaum. Die Bademöglichkeiten in der Tarn waren zwar gut zu Fuß erreichbar, aber auch sehr von anderen Touristen und deren Hunden belagert. Sonst alles super schön.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le gîte La Glycine à Prades. L’accueil a été agréable, le propriétaire est très sympathique et toujours disponible en cas de besoin. La localisation est idéale, au calme, ce qui permet de se reposer pleinement. Le logement correspond parfaitement à la description et offre un bon rapport qualité/prix. Nous recommandons vivement !
