Located in Grand Valtin, a stone's throw from Alsace and a few kilometers from Gérardmer and La Bresse, renting this chalet for your vacation in the Vosges will delight young and old alike.
This recently built chalet, rated 4 stars for 15 people by the French Tourist Offices, is divided into two parts: the first being the chalet itself (250m² spread over two levels) that can accommodate up to 11 people (5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 toilets), and a 64m² apartment on the ground floor that can accommodate 4 people (2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet). Both parts can be rented separately or together. They are both independent (different floors and entrances) and can communicate without going outside for those wishing to rent the entire chalet. The chalet's spacious living room and kitchen can accommodate all guests. From the balconies, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the village and even glimpse the Route des Crêtes.
The chalet is equipped to accommodate young children (crib, high chairs, changing table, strollers, toys) and is secured by gates at the stairs. The chalet, while not isolated, is located at the end of a private road on a 25-acre plot. Scooters, sleds, a ping-pong table, and a Pétange game are available for tenants.

Diese Chalet ist absolut zu empfehlen Tolle ruhige Lage.Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt.Grill,Raclette,Bool,Federball,Tischtennisspiel,schön angelegter Garten mit schönen Sitzgelegenheiten Gemütlich eingerichtet alles sauber. Gerne wiederWir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt

Wir waren mit mehreren Familien mit Kindern und Jugendlichen in diesem tollen Haus zu Besuch. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig geschnitten mit zwei Terrassen, einer Tischtennisplatte und einem großen Wohn- und Essraum. Auch die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und werden sicher noch einmal zu Besuch kommen.

Pour la troisième année consécutive, tout était parfait, ou presque car c'est la première fois que nous avions bénéficié d'une météo estivale pour ainsi dire et nous aurions apprécié un store au-dessus de la terrasse. Les parasols n'ont pas suffi à protéger toute la grande tablée que nous étions.
