PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

The villa's large outdoor space offers a magnificent Mediterranean garden, which you can admire from a deckchair by your pool or in the shade of an olive tree.
A large shaded terrace with an outdoor living area, garden furniture, and parasols is perfect for family meals.
To make your vacation even more relaxing, a daily cleaning service can be available.

Ground Floor:

- A large, comfortable living room with a large corner sofa, opening directly to the outdoors.

- A dining area with a large walnut table for 6 people.

- A large, fully equipped open kitchen (including dishwasher).

- A laundry room (with washing machine and dryer) and separate WC complete this floor.

- A bedroom with a queen-size bed.

- A second bedroom with two bunk beds.

First Floor:

- An en-suite bedroom with a queen-size bed (180cm), wardrobe, shower room, and WC, opening onto a large terrace.

- A second en-suite bedroom with a queen-size bed, opening onto the same terrace, a dressing room, and a large bathroom with a shower and bathtub.

- Separate WC completes the second level.

The property also includes a second independent house, a 60m² 17th-century bastide, arranged as follows:

- Ground Floor: A living/dining room with a sofa bed and dining table for 4 people, a separate fully equipped kitchen.

- First Floor: An en-suite bedroom with a double bed, its own shower room, and separate WC. It has its own independent terrace with a dining table and a clear view of the surrounding nature.
