This luxurious ski-in / ski-out apartment for a maximum of 8 people is located on the first floor of an apartment complex in Alpendorf in Sankt Johann im Pongau in Salzburgerland.
Due to the hillside location, you can walk straight up from your apartment to your terrace and enjoy the view of the slopes and the surrounding mountains.
The slopes of Alpendorf/Wagrain/Flachau can be reached on foot in about 200 m. The apartment is luxuriously furnished and has a large living room with seating area and dining table as well as an adjoining outdoor terrace, a luxury kitchen, 3 bedrooms each with a balcony (one with 2 bunk beds) and 2 bathrooms, a relaxation room with sauna (in the complex, shared with other guests and for a fee) and a ski storage room with ski boot warmer.
The complex also has an elevator and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
This apartment also offers 2 parking spaces. Alpendorf, part of St.
Johann im Pongau, is located in the middle of the impressive mountains in Salzburgerland and offers around 230 kilometers of marked hiking trails between crystal-clear mountain lakes and rustic alpine huts and around 150 kilometers of signposted mountain bike routes.
Several bathing lakes (Rupertisee, Wengsee), the Wagrain water world and the adventure bathing lake in Eben im Pongau ensure plenty of bathing fun in summer. In winter, the well-known ski area of Alpendorf/Wagrain/Flachau with a total of 210 kilometers of slopes is right next to the apartment complex.
In addition, you can also visit other ski areas with the same Ski Amadé pass at no additional cost. Alpendorf / Wagrain offers plenty of shops and supermarkets for daily needs as well as a large selection of restaurants and bars.
The state capital of Salzburg can be reached in around 1 hour by car. Perfect appartement voorzien van alle comfort. Ontvangst perfect geregeld. Heerlijke bedden en badkamer voorzien van alles wat nodig is. Zeker een aanrader. De wasmachine en droger in het appartement zelf zijn een extra plus.

eine schöne Wohnung. alles war sehr vollständig. Die Gegend war wunderschön, wir haben viel gesehen und unternommen. obwohl es sehr heiß war. Ich würde diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall jemand anderem empfehlen.

Superfijn appartement met mooi uitzicht en groot balkon. Fijn dat alle slaapkamers toegang hebben tot het balkon. Keukenuitrusting was voor 5 man genoeg alleen de glazen waren wat aan de krappe kant.
