L’annonce en ligne n’indiquait pas l’étage de l’appartement.
Nous avons vu un câble pendu à l’extérieur de la fenêtre principale non fixé au mur, c’est dangereux pour les enfants.
Nous avons signalé par téléphone à Monsieur Daniel Mbatchou que la porte d’entrée de l’immeuble donnant sur la rue ne fermait pas à clé (code inutile).

Très bien situé en terme de transport, appartement agréable dans l'ensemble sauf le côté couchage mezzanine pas idéale pour personne de grande taille non précisé dans la présentation du logement (escalier obtus).
Sinon propre et fonctionnel.
