This villa of 200m2, located at the entrance of Montferrier-sur-Lez, has been redone just recently: oak flooring, Italian sconces, paint, bathroom with walk-in shower, swimming pool ... The furniture is both contemporary and classic. She has a floor.
Outdoors
The garden extends over 2000m2 and has old trees (almond trees, ash trees, olive trees, maples, fir trees ...).
The swimming pool, very recent, seven meters by three, was built with quality materials: decking Douglas fir, contemporary tiling ...
House & grounds
Surrounded by similar villas, with swimming pool and large grounds, it remains very quiet being close to the city and its amenities.
Location & surroundings
It is located 10 minutes drive from the center of Montpellier and 30 minutes from the beaches.
There is a closed garage inside but you can also leave your vehicle at the bottom of the garden, under the cherry tree.

A recommander.
