Detached house, quiet, located in Prémanon, in the heart of the resort of Les Rousses, in a green setting. Close to Switzerland, (5 km) 40 min from Geneva.
You can recharge your batteries and enjoy your holidays with family or friends.
In summer, direct access to hiking trails. Ideal place to practice mountain biking, cycling, golf (Les Rousses), fishing, sailing, via ferrata (Hauts de Bienne). Lake in Lamoura or Les Rousses. Rest in the fresh air.
In winter, close to the cross-country ski trails and the alpine area 5 minutes away. Ice rink in the village, Paul Émile Victor museum.
The house is on half level:
- On the ground floor: closed garage that can accommodate motorcycles and bicycles - Laundry room - 1 shower room and toilets.
- On the 1st level: independent kitchen with a veranda opening onto a terrace and a 200 m2 enclosed plot. A large living room composed of a reading room and board games in a mountain atmosphere, a pellet stove and a dining room opening onto a terrace with veranda. A relaxation area is set up in the veranda.
- On the 2nd level: 2 bedrooms with a 160 cm bed, 1 bedroom with 2 90 bunk beds, 1 shower room and toilet.
- 3rd level: 1 large bedroom with 1 120 cm bed and a 90/200 bed.
Options:
Sheet rental = 15 €/bed
Towels (one large towel and one small one) = 8 €/pers
Cleaning = 150 €
