Located in a quiet cul de sac, this lovely newly renovated home is constantly maintained and improved and provides high quality accommodation and outstanding views from the master bedrooms, covered terrace, sun terraces and the roof terrace to the sea on the south coast at Binibeca and Cala Torret. All the bedrooms have air conditioning and there is a good breeze from the sea most days.
This compact property is ideally suited to two couples or a family with 2 to 3 children. (There are two double bedrooms and a bunk room / study).
The villa is approximately 5 minutes walk downhill to the coast and to the safe and sandy Binibeca beach with the iconic Los Bucaneros Beach Bar serving tapas, meals and drinks throughout the day. The swimming and snorkeling from here is excellent. En route to the beach is the marina at Cala Torret and the popular Bar Paupa and Binibeca Diving. Kayaks and Paddle Boards can be hired from the cove at Cala Torret in front of the villa.
Whether in the open plan living space, the kitchen, the covered terrace or sun terraces, it’s hard to escape the captivating views of the Mediterranean. Its elevated position means that the property also benefits from a steady sea breeze on most days.
There are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, two with sea views and all opening out onto the terraces around the property.
You are never more than a short walk from the beautiful white sandy beach at Binibeca or the local restaurant scene and only a 20 minute drive by car or cab back into Mahon.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé cette semaine en famille dans la villa Nostrum. La villa tres bien aménagée avec une vue splendide sur la mer. Notre hôte sympathique et très reactif. Et le soleil etait au RV. Idéal pour des vacances en famille. Nous recommandons vivement cet hebergement

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Nostrum. The villa itself has great views, is very comfortable and has all the amenities you need. It is also in a great location with an easy walk to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. Richard is a good host and I would highly recommend this villa
