The large well-equipped kitchen, dining room with log burning stove, unique balcony room and spacious lounge are situated on the first floor lenabling visitors to enjoy views of the terraced gardens and the coast and mountains. There are four bedrooms (two with en-suite bathrooms ) and a family bathroom.
Outside there is a large private garden with subtropical flowers, trees and fruits. The pool terrace has a large heated salt water swimming pool available all year round. The small town of San Pedro with its square, shops, bars, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets is a short 10 minute drive away. The capital Santa Cruz and the seaside resort of Los Cancajos are a 20 minute drive away .
