Enjoying an exceptional location on Cap de Carteret, this house overlooks the sea and the countryside with a 360 ° view.
Equidistant (800 meters) from the two fine sandy beaches of Carteret, La Potinière and Plage de la Vieille Eglise, but also from the center of Carteret, the fishing port, the ferry terminal (regular connections with the Anglo Normandy) and the Carteret lighthouse without forgetting the dunes of Hatainville.
This location allows you to forget the car every day. However, it will be necessary to discover the many sites or activities existing in the region.
The environment is particularly calm and opulent.
This accommodation is contiguous to the owner's house and has its own enclosed garden in which it is possible to leave children or animals (under surveillance).
Guests have parking on the property.
The accommodation itself is composed as follows:
On the ground floor, on one level with the garden:
- ENTRANCE
From the entrance you see the sea.
On your right you will find toilets as well as a cupboard in which you will find, bucket and broom as well as a vacuum cleaner, a drying rack and a large parasol.
BEDROOM
On your left, enter a first bedroom. Equipped with two comfortable beds which are separated but which can very well be pushed together.
A large closet with a wardrobe will allow you to store your belongings carefully. If you are chilly, you will find additional blankets but also for young children a cot, a baby chair, a barrier for the stairs and a small chair for children.
Near one of the windows, you can sit at a small stylish desk to write down your holiday impressions or share them by tattooing postcards for your friends.
But this Prévert inventory (his house is 25 minutes from here) must have made you hungry. So go to
KITCHEN, DINING ROOM, LIVING ROOM
On the right, under the stairs, a sitting area with a sofa (convertible), an armchair, a television, a DVD player, a radio, a coffee table.
Without forgetting the WI-FI connection. So much for Sir.
On the left, Madam, the rest of the room is dedicated to you, namely: a full kitchen with fridge, hob, oven, microwave, sink, of course, as well as the dishes necessary for your passion for cooking. cooked.
For breakfast, a coffee maker and a toaster are available.
But if you are on vacation, Madam, maybe we could reverse the roles, Monsieur will take care of the children, the kitchen and the cleaning. You will be responsible for the barbecue (which I forgot in the cupboard at the entrance) and the aperitif.
But for now, it is too early. Let's first visit the floor.

The garden is closed and its layout allows you to enjoy the rays of the Norman sun in the best conditions and out of sight.
Be careful, even if it is veiled, the sun is very strong here. Creams and hats are highly recommended.
The real plus: The calm, on a lounge chair with the umbrella trees, you can enjoy the sea view without experiencing the noise of the beach (150 meters as the crow flies) or at most, that of the waves and laughter of children.
