Very large apartment for large groups (kitchen with a table seating up to 8–10 people). Ideal for 3 couples, even with children.

We are located in one of Florence’s most elegant areas, a favourite among Florentines. The main monuments are also within walking distance, accessible by following the park along the river, which is lined with open-air bars and restaurants (we are 500 metres from the entrance to the historic centre).
All the shops are just 50 metres away: a supermarket (also open on Sundays), a bakery, a pharmacy, fashion stores, and more. These are not tourist shops!!
Excellent restaurants near the apartment (reasonable prices and excellent quality).
The ideal choice for long stays for those who want to live in Florence like the locals, away from the tourist crowds.
Best value for money because the owner manages the apartment directly (no agency fees). You’ll check in directly with the owner.

The beds were very comfortable and the apartment is quite large. This is a great location for families. There is an elevator, multiple terraces, 3 bathrooms, and air conditioning. We would definitely return. The clothes line on the back terrace was very effective for drying clothes.

Sehr schöne Wohnung. Supermarkt in 5 Minuten. Schöne Konditorei, um etwas zu kaufen oder dort einen Caffè zu trinken. In 5 Minuten gute Pizzeria (gleiche Straße, 200 Meter, "Don Fefè").Tipp für ein echt toskanisches Restaurant: "Vecchia Osteria del Naccherio". 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Platz vorbestellen.

The view is nice though through no fault of the owner the trees have started blocking the view of the river since our last visit. There is a great cappuccino, sweets and sandwiches place just a block behind the building and grocery stores very close.
