Located in a Corsican villa (CASA DI U CUGINU) with swimming pool, terraces, on a plot of 5000 m2, quiet and close to all amenities. Surroundings, you will find everything for everyone: - UNESCO World Heritage sites: the Scandola reserve, the Piana calanche, the gulfs of Girolata and Porto. - Other exceptional sites: the Bonifatu forest, the GR20, the Fango valley, Cap Corse, the Agriates desert... - The beaches: Calvi, Algajola, Île Rousse, Saint Ambroggio... - The villages: Calenzana of course, but also Pigna, San Antonino, Zilia, Belgodère... - Sport: Hiking, diving, canyoning, sea excursions, horse riding, cycling, climbing, golf... - Culture: Music festivals (polyphonic songs, jazz, electro ...), traditional and contemporary art, architecture, museums, crafts, scents and flavors of the region ... CASA DI U CUGINU is made up of 3 apartments from T2 to T3 (Alivu, Albitru, Clementinu).
We are at your service on the CASA floor to guide you to the various activities offered by Balagne and to ensure that your stay takes place in the best conditions. The price offered by Abritel does not include: > Tourist tax (1 euro day / person). > Option end of stay cleaning T2 / 40 euros. The amount of tourist taxes, the cleaning fee if retained, as well as a deposit (returned 48 hours after your departure) will be claimed on the day of delivery of the keys to your rental.

Excellent accueil de Sylvain, disponible, sympathique, très bons conseils pour découvrir le coin et les bons restau.
L appartement était très confortable et une belle déco, une terrasse emménagée, la piscine, le jardin. Tout est bien a Alivu

Très bon accueil, l'endroit est très bien situé pour balader avec mer et montagne à proximité.
L'appartement était très propre et fonctionnel, il ne manquait rien, hôte très sympathique et attentionné, la piscine est top ainsi que ses abords.
Nous recommandons vivement la casa di u cuginu!
