A semi-detached chalet of approximately 45 m² located just a stone’s throw from the centre of the village of Mont-Saxonnex, with its ski slopes and numerous hiking trails; you’ll appreciate the proximity to high-quality shops.
Mont Saxonnex is a holiday village with several nearby restaurants, ideal as a starting point for hikes, and equipped with all kinds of shops, including a bakery, butcher shop, supermarket, tourist office, a post office, and Pump Tract.
It is located 8 km from the Cluses train station, 8 km from Bonneville, 40 minutes from Geneva Airport, and 40 minutes from the areas around Chamonix, Geneva, Thonon, and Annecy, with numerous recreational centers nearby.
During the winter season, the children’s ski park is just 2 km away. You can also experience dog sledding. Many ski resorts nearby: 20 minutes from Les Carroz and St. Gervais; 30 minutes from Les Gets and Megève; 40 minutes from La Clusaz.
