The apartment of 50m2 is in the Sot del Morer urbanization of Sant Pol de Mar in front of the beach, 10min from the train station, 55km from Girona and 65km from Barcelona Airport with direct SAGALES bus. It is located on the second floor with garden and sea views from the terrace and direct access to the beach. The bedroom is composed of a double bed and in the living room there is a very large sofa-bed for two people. There is a full bathroom, equipped kitchen with washing machine, fans, stove for winter, flat screen TV, wifi throughout the establishment and free parking. Key collection takes place in the same apartment from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free apartment and pets are allowed at an additional cost. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax and documentation. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.

El apartamento está muy bien y bonito pero aunque tiene ventiladores,con la calor que hace últimamente no son suficientes,hemos pasado calor y echado de menos el aire acondicionado

The apartment was sufficient for 4 people. It had everything you need for a longer vacation (e.g., a washing machine). The beach is a 5-minute walk away and far from mass tourism. Sehr gute Lage, nah am Strand, für 2 Personen gute Größe der Wohnung, 2 Ventilatoren vorhanden, Balkon mit Meerblick, sehr liebevolle Deko, super Kommunikation, ab 0 Uhr Ruhe im Gebäude und auf den Balkonen.
In der Küche würde ich persönlich eine Waage und ein Sieb ergänzen, aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau.
