The swimming pool is open from mid-April to the end of October, it is not heated and the climate does not allow it to be open for a longer period
The accommodation
Bastide of 450m2 of living space, all in white stone, built on 3 levels.
Located in the heart of an enclosed garden of 8000m2, largely wooded, opposite the wine estates of the Château de Beaulieu.
This beautiful holiday home offers beautiful volumes and a remarkable distribution.
The garden and the estate have more than 1 hectares and are located
in an exceptional natural environment, extremely preserved, at the gates of the village of Rognes and Puyricard.
Absolute peace and quiet. Swimming pool of 15mX7m and recent tennis court.

Entrance with dressing room and guest toilet, large living room of 80m2 with a living room,
a dining area and an American kitchen.
The whole opens onto the terrace on the pool side, partly covered and with a dining area with a barbecue.
