This luxurious villa in excellent hillside location offers beautiful views of the sea and the countryside. Views of the Bay of Kotor can be enjoyed from all areas of the villa. The modern interior ensures a feel-good vacation par excellence. On the first floor there are two very similar separate units. All floors are accessible via interior stairs. Entrances to the house are located on the first floor and second floor. The comfortable equipment of the house includes centrally controlled air conditioning, central heating and video surveillance and alarm system. All bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchens are very well equipped and modern. For cozy gatherings, the villa also contains a wine cellar. Outside you will find a large swimming pool with a spacious terrace, tennis court and a barbecue terrace. The fenced property also offers plenty of privacy. With the house owner you can organize an excursion on a luxurious boat. They can organize for you a catering typical for the region, prepared by a professional chef. The owner can also sell you exquisite wines from his collection. We can also recommend you excursions where you can explore the Bay of Kotor and the beautiful coastline. Visit the towns of Herceg Novi and Kotor. In Herceg Novi, which is very tourist oriented, there is a very long promenade with a marina, numerous cafes, restaurants as well as beautiful beaches for swimming. The car-free old town of Kotor not only enjoys an impressive location in the bay, it has also been listed by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site since 1979 with its important cultural and historical buildings.

Beautiful house up on the hill, fantastic views. The house is perfectly equipped, huge, spacious, comfortable for 12 people. The only negative thing we encountered was that the kitchen utensils and equipment were dirty, everything had to be rewashed (there is a machine, we managed it)
