The tastefully furnished apartment is in 1. OG of the front of the two houses of Dr. Ing. Gardener facility located. On 74m ² there are 3 rooms with separate kitchen and bathroom. The large bedroom has a double bed and a spacious wardrobe. The second bedroom is accessed via a spiral staircase and offers two single beds and a washing facility. The living area is furnished with a comfortable couch, armchairs and a cozy dining area. The large windows offer a magnificent view of the Tegernsee mountains, such as the Wallberg, Setzberg, Blankenstein and Risserkogel. An open fireplace provides comfort. The balcony is south facing and furnished with chairs and table. You can enjoy the sun until late afternoon. The bathroom is equipped with sink, bathtub with shower enclosure and toilet.
