THE SPACE:
It consists of a room with queen bed and en-suite bathroom, a larger bathroom with shower, a large living room with kitchen, a room with two single beds, which can be joined for a couple on request.
The kitchen is equipped with crockery, plates and cutlery and has a large dining table.
The nineteenth-century stove and the English fireplace with a comfortable sofa give a touch of class and comfort.

GUESTS ACCESS:
The apartment is all for you.
We live two floors below and are always available for any information or concerns.
We want to create a familiar and welcoming atmosphere while respecting your privacy.

OTHER NOTES:
The apartment is right in the historic centre, close to all the main attractions (museums, shops, restaurants, Vie Cave etc.).
It's easily reachable and it is immediately behind the main square.
There are a few toll street parking spots close to the building and free and toll street parking at 5 minutes walking from the apartment.

Being a building of historical value, we are not allowed to install air conditioning.
This is in keeping with our disposition to reduce consumption while respecting the environment and combating climate change.
However, for the summer period, there are fans (both ceiling and floor fans) that make the stay pleasant even on the hottest days.
So far, our guests have been perfectly satisfied with our decision. The extremely positive reviews of our guests prove that a sustainable choice without too many sacrifices is possible.
