Spacious vacation home in hilly position in the picturesque medieval Borgo Anguillara Sabazia on the shores of Lago di Bracciano. Your vacation home, located in a quiet residential area above the lake, offers a large veranda for relaxing and outdoor dining, a well-kept fenced garden with pool. Quiet location with privacy. An internal road of 600 meters from the garden you can reach on foot or by car the equipped beach of the lake where you can rent boats, surfboards and pedal boats or take boat trips to the picturesque coastal towns of Tervignano and Bracciano. In the summer months, the village of Anguillara as well as the Bracciano lake offers many oenogastronomic events. The sea of the Lazio coast is only 30 km away. The center of Rome (39 km) can also be reached by train, which leaves every half hour. In the basement there is a large lounge and a billiard room; The bedrooms have a side panoramic view of the lake and air conditioning on request. Two covered parking spaces available.

Traumhaft schönes Anwesen! Sehr groß und geräumig, schöne Lage mit besonderem Ausblick. Vollkommen Blickgeschützt und durch Tore,Zäune und Hecke bewacht. Das Highlight ist definitiv der fast 100qm große Pool und die tolle Terasse. Alle Schlafräume haben eine eigene Klimaanlage.

Sehr schöne Lage, sehr schöner Pool super gartenanlage, Küche mittelmäßig, sanitäre Anlagen wie immer in Italien für deutsche Verhältnisse schlechtes Niveau. Aber im Sommer wunderbar, Eom schnell erreichbar. Der see ist ebenfalls wunderbar

Et rigtig dejligt hus og god beliggenhed. Vi havde dog problemer med bortskaffelsen af affald, der ikke er dimensioneret til 10 personer, der selv laver mad. Vi måtte betale ejeren 40 Euro ekstra for bortskaffelsen af vores affald ved afrejse. Køkkenet er også sparsomt udstyret. Det trådløse netvæ...
