Therefore, the finca is also ideal for seminars, courses or other events. From the spacious kitchen you can reach the wonderful terraces. Here you can comfortably have breakfast outside, and the charcoal grill will give you many unforgettable barbecue evenings. There is also a guest toilet on the first floor and a bathroom with shower in the garden. The house is hot/cold fully air-conditioned, so it is pleasantly habitable even in winter. Due to the thick walls and the permanent gentle sea breeze, the air-conditioning is hardly needed in summer, and the house has a very pleasant living climate. An absolute gem of a property, stunning, beautiful 17th Century Villa. Perfect isolation. Big rooms, lovely and airy - barely needed air-con due to height of property. Felt homely, comfortable. Lovely swimming pool. Would 100% return aian and again. Felt like stepping back in time.

I don't think it is ok that we had to pick up the key ourselves. At the day of departure we had to get up very early because we had en early plane. Why coulden't we just leave the key at the "keybox" at the house.
