Overlooking the Upper Tiber Valley, this friendly holiday home is situated in a slightly hilly location. On the ground floor you enter the bright, friendly living room with kitchen corner, open fireplace and access to the covered terrace; on the first floor (outside staircase with small loggia) there is a further living room with sofa bed as well as two bedrooms and a bathroom. In front of the house is a spacious plot with a garden shed, all in a quiet hilly location, an ideal place to relax. Within an hour's drive you can reach several Umbrian and Tuscan towns worth seeing, such as Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, Arezzo, Cortona (all around 40-50 km) and Lake Trasimeno (30 km) with its sandy beaches and small islands. Umbertide with its shops of all kinds, trattorias and weekly market is 7km away, the charming hilltop town of Montone 8km. Città di Castello 20km. Short unpaved access road.

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub.
Wer eine ruhige Lage möchte, ist da genau richtig aufgehoben.
Wir hatten in der Unterkunft in Umbrien einen unvergesslichen Urlaub.
Wer mit Hund anreist ist da auch super aufgehoben, da das komplette Grundstück eingezäunt ist.

Hele toffe en vriendelijke eigenaar. Super vriendelijk onthaal en als er iets is mag je steeds een sms sturen. Hele rustige omgeving. Zeer kindvriendelijk e. Goed gelegen als vertrekpunt om bezoeken te doen of te wandelen.

Lovely place to stay. Wonderfull house and complete privacy. Garden moslty fenced, but not fully (our hunting dog had no problem in finding exits).Hot water boiler is a bit small, but otherwise perfect place to stay.
