The house has been renovated and transformed into 4 spacious vacation apartments (IUP758, IUP759, IUP760 and IUP761), which can also be booked together for 16 sleeps with the house number IUP773. Enjoy the quiet location and panoramic views of the surrounding area. The pool are for communal use. Accommodation: 1st floor (80m²): Spacious living / dining room (TV), private staircase, down to a green area of about 200 m²; kitchenette, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower (washing machine). Distances: 1.6 km grocery stores, 7 km Marsciano (stores of all kinds), 10 km Deruta (very famous for its pottery), 20 km Perugia, 30 km Assisi. Als mensen uit een drukke stad hebben wij echt bijzonder genoten van ons verblijf op de 1e etage met een onovertrefbaar heuvelland vergezicht en de geweldige rust van de omgeving en uiteraard het heerlijke zwembad en prachtige tuin eromheen. Ook veel genoten van prachtige plaatsje Marciano.
