The apartment is located in 1. Floor of our house and is suitable for two people. Like the entire house, this apartment is barrier-free and accessible by elevator. Furnished in a cozy Bavarian style, this one-room apartment is equipped with an open-plan kitchen, sofa, double bed, flat-screen TV and a bathroom with shower. From the spacious south-facing balcony you can enjoy the view of the surrounding mountains.

Welcome to the house "Grundner"! Our newly built holiday apartments can be found in Scharling - a district of the climatic health resort Kreuth am Tegernsee. Our house has an elevator and is barrier-free built. All apartments are furnished in cozy Bavarian style and have a south-facing balcony from which you have a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains.
