A distinctive, former stone farmhouse, fully renovated and converted into a cosy home. It is situated next to a former parish church, where the owners now live. Situated halfway up a hill overlooking the Nera Valley, near Terni, it forms part of a farm comprising 6 hectares of olive groves. Quiet location. Surrounding the house is a shaded lawn with a swimming pool and a pergola equipped for al fresco dining. It is possible to purchase the farm’s own organically grown ‘extra virgin’ DOP olive oil. Two dogs (belonging to the owner) live on the property. Available on request and for a fee: domestic help and a cot (30 euros per week). Ground floor: large living room with fireplace and two exits to the garden; dining room with fireplace and access to the garden; small kitchen (oven, freezer); 1 twin bedroom with access to the pergola; 1 bathroom with shower. Mezzanine: WC (washing machine). First floor: small living room, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 single bedroom, 1 bathroom with bath. Distances: Terni (all kinds of shops) 2 km, the famous Marmore Waterfall 9 km, Lake Piediluco (headquarters of the Italian Canoe Federation) 16 km, Spoleto 30 km, Assisi and Perugia 85 km, Rome 100 km.

Prachtig gerestaureerde woning. Basic voorzieningen, maar deze voldoen. Pluspunten zijn ruimte om het huis, heerlijk zwembad en centrale ligging voor bezoeken aan Umbrie en Lazio. Prima hosts die privacy respecteren.
