Historic country house with 2 apartments and another, smaller apartment in the adjacent turret. Very nice, quiet, elevated position above a large valley, surrounded by an oak grove. Each apartment has a private outdoor area. The swimming pool with a large sun terrace, with fantastic views, is shared with, among others, the guests of a barn located at the entrance of the property, which sleeps 2. Good possibilities for nice walks. Medium comfort furnishings. 3 km Pianello (groceries), 6 km Valfabbrica (stores of all kinds), 19 km Assisi, 20 km Perugia, 30 km Gubbio, 45 km Lake Trasimeno. S. Prachtig huis vlakbij de toeristische plaatsen als Perugia, Assisi en Gubbio. Het huis is heel ruim, van alle gemakken voorzien. Het zwembad is heerlijk en je kunt elke avond genieten van een prachtige zonsondergang. Supermarkt op 5 minuten rijden. Wij missen het huis nu al!

Prima woning, goede bedden, mooi uitzicht, vriendelijke eigenaresse. Enig minpunt was het feit dat de tuinstoelen, bij terras en zwembad niet erg comfortabel zijn voor 60 plussers of mensen met rugklachten. Verder niets dan lof.
