Located only 500 meters from the sandy beach, this great vacation home in La Tranche-sur-Mer is the perfect base for a beach vacation. The house with space for up to six people impresses with a bright and pleasant interior and offers, among other things, a large bedroom with private bathroom. Take advantage of the pleasant climate in the garden or on the terrace, where you can also have your meals in peace. In the city center, 2 km away, you can choose from an abundance of stores and shopping. There you can also taste the regional cuisine in the restaurants and get to know specialties such as the mogette (dried white beans), the chouanette (aperitif) and the gâche (pastry). Numerous activity options await sporty vacationers: Sailing, gliding, paddling, golf (25 km) and tennis (3 km) or beautiful bike rides on a network of bike paths with a total length of 150 km. Holidaymakers interested in history should not miss La Rochelle (60 km). This great city impresses with an old harbor and old towers, and its aquarium and museums are an experience for young and old. Maison très agréable très bien équipée, un inconvénient tout de même, le petit terrain de sable qui borde la terrasse nous amène beaucoup de sable sur la terrasse et dans la maison (2 petits enfants de 6 et 2 ans) si bien que nous passons beaucoup de temps le balai à la main.

Maison bien équipée et très bien située au calme pour cette 1ère semaine de septembre.
Bonne literie et très grands placards. 2 chambres + 1 chambre avec sa douche et ses wc sont très appréciable pour un jeune adulte.
Soleil l'après-midi dans le petit terrain presque à l’abri des regards, très agréable.

Maison agréable avec une chambre indépendante avec salle de bain et toilette qui évite la proximité avec les enfants. La terrasse a été agrandie, épatant pour les transats. Proche de la plage accessible à pied, proche de la foret pour de belles promenades et d'un parc de jeux pour enfants. De belles vacances familiales !
