It offers a pleasant living ambience and has a 400 m² enclosed outdoor area with shaded terraces for barbecuing, a pool and outdoor showers with hot and cold water. From this good location at the height of the island of Elba, it is only 400 meters to the beautiful sandy beaches of the Costa Verde, and not far away stretches the beautiful mountainous region of Castagniccia. Also benefit from the seaside resort of Moriani Plage, 20 km away.

Ein ganz tolles Haus. Mit einer tollen Ausstattung. Von Waschmaschine über Spülmaschine und Grill alles da. Schönes privates Grundstück mit einem tollen Pool. Dieser wird alle 3 Tage gereinigt. Durch das Gartentor ist der Strand in 350m fußläufig erreichbar.
Dazu unglaublich nette Vermieter...
Für uns war es ein Traum...
