In the spacious living room, guests will find a seating with flat screen TV and the open full kitchen including dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge, microwave etc. At the large dining table in the spacious bright loggia, which is directed to the south, the meals can be taken. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed with separate mattresses (90 x 200) and ample cupboard space. In the bathroom with shower box, toilet / WC are available. A parking space is located in the park at about 150 m distance to Villa Mailin. In this apartment pets are welcome. Please note that a deposit of 15.00 euros must be paid in cash upon arrival.
