This beautiful and modern furnished vacation home with private outdoor pool is located only 10 minutes by car from the well-known fishing village Rabac. Ripenda Verbanci belongs to Labin and is a tranquil place with lots of greenery. The three units of the house can be reached only from the outside, they are not connected with each other. On the 1st floor there is an apartment with living room, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms. The remaining two units are located on the first floor, one is equipped with kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom and the other with bathroom, kitchen, dining room and 2 bedrooms (1 passage room). In the well-kept garden, the swimming pool invites you to an invigorating cooling on hot summer days. The historic old town of Labin, with numerous sights and art galleries, is definitely worth a visit. In just a few minutes by car you can also reach the most beautiful beaches of the area in the well-known resort of Rabac.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit, die neben an wohnen in Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnungen waren sauber sehr gut ausgestattet und wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt von mir ein Daumen hoch nur zu empfehlen.

Sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Pool. Die Besitzer waren sehr sehr nett. Würden sicher nochmal buchen- lediglich das Hundegebell war stellenweise etwas störend.
