Beautiful and welcoming annex of a house in panoramic position on the slope of a hill in Grottaferrata. View of Rome and up to the Tirrenian Sea. Quiet position. The house is located in the upper part of the garden, where the main house occupied by the owners is also located. In the lower part is the swimming pool, shared with the owners. The accommodation can be reached by a staircase with 50 steps. Baby equipment available on request. Comfortable furnishings with antique furniture. This vacation home is located about 20 km from Rome, which can be easily reached by train in 20 minutes. Frascati 1,5 km, Castelgandolfo with its lake 12 km, the sea 30 km, lakes Albano and Nemi can be reached in a few minutes by car. In the garden guests will enjoy the company of the three nice little dogs of the house owner.

Auf Sauberkeit und Perfektion wird sehr große Aufmerksamkeit gelegt.
Es gibt keinerlei Beanstandungen. Der Vermieter und seine Familie lassen einen Urlaub entstehen, der seinesgleichen sucht.
Im Hintergrund agierend und kaum sichtbar, funktioniert alles reibungslos. Erholung pur.

Sehr schöne Anlage mit sehr freundlichen Eigentümern. Ihre kleinen Hunde sind süß und zugänglich, aber nicht aufdringlich.
Lediglich die Einrichtung war nicht sehr modern, aber für den Preis und damit einhergehender Optik auch zu verkraften.
Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung, weil auch die direkte Umgebung alles bereithält. Rom ist auch nicht weit weg.

Hemos estado bien. Es una casa independiente, lo que es un punto a favor. Los jardines y piscina inmejorables. La atención de los anfitriones magnífica. Al interior de la casa le hace falta una reforma. Por ejemplo, el sofá cama era muy incómodo.
