Four story stone house at the top of the historic center of Pezenas.
The ground floor welcomes you into a warm and modern kitchen with small seating area for friends to gather and share a glass of local wine and cheese from the Saturday market.
The kitchen has all you need - full-sized refrigerator, wine fridge, stove/oven, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, microwave, and a dining table that expands as needed with additional chairs.
The first and second floors are individual suites with sitting areas, queen bed (1st floor), king bed/or two twins (2nd floor) and full bathrooms.
A full-sized washer and dryer are found on the first floor.
The top floor and loft include a large sitting area with a double sofa bed and a single fold out bed, as well as a water closet and sink.
The house has wireless internet throughout and a smart TV on the top floor.
Each floor has a portable air conditioning unit to stay cool during the summer heat.
In winter, the house uses radiant heaters to make it warm and cozy.
The house exudes French character with stone walls, massive wood beams, high ceilings and a total of 49 steps to create an impressive winding staircase.
The house has three facades which allows for plenty of sunshine and fresh air.
Perfect for two couples or one large family.
Pezenas is a lively village and you can spend hours strolling through the cobbled streets taking in the old architecture and exceptional crafts from the local painters, sculptors, potters, cabinetmakers, and glassblowers.
During July and August there is a weekly wine and food tasting festival, and of course the very popular, bustling Saturday market.
You are less than 30 minutes to the sea, as well as hiking and water sport in nearby river gorges.

Property is lovely and has everything you need , a great spot in old Pezenas, a short walk to the centre and shops. You do have to park away from the building but this didnt bother us and it also means no traffic so nice and quiet, we were very lucky to fine such a great space to stay :)

While in Pezenas for only one short week and needing only 2 of the 4 floors of our VRBO, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, walking throughout the ville and exploring the local area. The totally unexpected Art Nouveau “castle” of Chateau Lauren was a real bonus. A special thanks to Sarah and her team who quickly responded to a minor plumbing issue.

Alles war perfekt.
Ein sehr gut und stilvoll ausgestattetes Haus inmitten der wunderschönen Stadt Pezenas, wo es nachts trotzdem sehr ruhig ist.
Sehr hilfsbereiter und netter Gastgeber mit herzlicher und schneller Kommunikation.
Beste Unterkunft, die wir jemals hatten.
Würden gerne wieder einmal dort zu Gast sein.
