Up to three pets are welcome here, so the whole family can relax together. On the mezzanine floor there is a cosy living room with a fireplace and dining area, ideal for sociable evenings. The adjoining kitchen is equipped with the most important cooking utensils. Thanks to the large windows, the house is flooded with light and offers a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside.
The large, fully fenced garden invites you to relax and play. Enjoy al fresco meals on the terrace with barbecue or use the spacious garden for a game of badminton, table football or table tennis. Mountain bikes are available for active guests for a fee.
The surrounding area offers numerous hiking and cycling routes. Go canoeing on the River Clitunno, try rafting on the River Nera or go fishing on a nearby private lake. The Marmore waterfalls, Assisi and Lake Trasimeno are all worth a visit. The owner organises guided tours and sports activities on request.

Es war ein echt toller Urlaub in dieser Unterkunft. Es ist alles vorhanden was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt. Der Hausherr ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Für unsere Hunde war es auch toll, sie hatten einen großen eingezäunten Garten.
Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Het vakantiehuis is goed gelegen, dichtbij Spoleto. De kamers zijn zeer net. Hou er wel rekening mee dat de aparte afrekening voor gas en elektriciteit tamelijk hoog is. Maar toch is het huis een aanrader voor wie zuid Umbrië wil bezoeken.

We werden ontvangen met verse groenten uit de tuin en heerlijke honing en olijfolie die de eigenaar van het vakantiehuis zelf had gemaakt. Mooi, schoon, ruim en rustig gelegen huis met een grote tuin. Fietsen, tafeltennistafel en badmintonrackets stonden klaar om te gebruiken. Vanuit het huis zijn allerlei bezienswaardigheden en mooie steden goed te bereiken.
